Yousef Kaleem was a radical Muslim with strong anti-American beliefs who took on the job of stealing a Predator missile from a launch site for his boss, Arthur Janson.

NCIS Special Agents G. Callen and Sam Hanna attempted to arrest him but Kaleem opted to blow himself up, resulting in his death.
