Ted Brock was a conman who also happened to be Magda McEllon's love interest and who was also believed to have murdered Magda's soon to be ex-husband, Frank McEllon.
Agents G. Callen and Sam Hanna arrested Brock and took him into custody before realizing that he was innocent of the crime although they later turned him over to the Los Angeles Police Department for the three outstanding arrest warrants Brock had against him.
