Ricky Taylor was an agent for the DEA who took part in Operation Cossack alongside G. Callen and Ethan Stanhope.
On May 5th 2009, Taylor was killed in a drive-by shooting in Chicago. He was the only fatality in the shooting as Stanhope had faked his own death, using an imposter disguised as him to make the death appear creditable and Callen who had been hit managed to survive against the odds and with the help of his Office of Special Projects colleagues, was able to bring Stanhope to justice.
