Joey Gale was a former Navy Petty Officer who was also the inside man in a five million dollar electronic heist and who like his colleagues was also the target of an undercover operation by G. Callen.
After being arrested, Gale was jailed for several years and was later released from prison where he became a cab driver to support himself.
Gale's death at the hands of a disguised gunman prompted the case to be reopened and for Callen to go undercover once again as "Jason Tedrow".
