Rebecca Janson was an American woman who was the sister to Arthur Janson and who was married to Hamzi Khan. She died when a UAF hit the school that she was in.
Both Hamzi and Arthur, grief-stricken over her death formed a partnership in hopes of avenging Rebecca's death by giving America a taste of what a UAF attack was like but the NCIS: Office of Special Projects stopped their plan from going ahead.
